What is executive advisory?

Executive advisory is one-to-one counsel for a senior leader. It is not a training course and not a large consulting team. It is a confidential space to think through decisions that shape how people experience work: a reorganization, a stalled talent pipeline, a culture that does not match its stated values, or a leadership team that is not pulling in the same direction.

Every organization is different, so the work begins by understanding where you are, what you are trying to accomplish, and what may be standing in the way. From there, Celeste Warren helps you examine both sides of the equation: how you and your leaders lead, and how your organization operates.

What executives bring to advisory

  • Leadership challenges: aligning a senior team, leading through change, making hard people decisions.
  • Culture challenges: a gap between stated values and daily experience.
  • Talent challenges: capable people stalling, leaving, or never being considered.
  • Organizational challenges: policies and practices that produce outcomes nobody intended.

Many of these trace back to the systems described in how policies, practices, and systems shape workplace culture.

How do I start working with CRW Diversity?
Send a short note through the contact form on the CRW Diversity website describing your role, your organization, and the challenge you are facing. Celeste Warren's work begins by understanding where you are, what you are trying to accomplish, and what may be standing in the way, so a brief, candid description is the most useful first step. More in the FAQ
What should I prepare before a first conversation?
Bring three things: the business goal behind the request, a short description of what you are seeing in your culture, and any data you already have, such as engagement results or promotion patterns. You do not need a finished diagnosis. Part of the work is examining what may be getting in the way. More in the FAQ
How much does organizational culture consulting cost?
CRW Diversity does not publish prices. Culture consulting cost generally depends on scope: how many leaders are involved, whether the work is advisory, workshops, or speaking, and how long the engagement runs. The quickest way to get an accurate answer is to describe your situation through the contact form on the CRW Diversity website. More in the FAQ
